HEAT EXCHANGERS / MULTITUBE NEST EXCHANGERS

This kind of exchanger can be used for products such as: must, wine, juice, syrup, water, purees, etc.
Nest multitube version, news in our production range, is used when there is a request to cool/heat large quantities of product because compared to a standard tube in the tube exchanger has a greater exchange surface with the same length of the modules.
A further advantage of this heat exchanger is that it can be extended without difficulty by adding additional modules connected to each other by means of bend steel.
The internal pipes are embossed circularly in order to guarantee a better heat exchange and turbulence. It is made by a single tube that serves as a coat for other smaller tubes inside which give the same performance of a heat exchanger Multitube 4 modules in less space and lower cost of production.
Normally tube in tube and multitube are built with standard lengths of 3 or 6 meters, are equipped with fittings input product and water, adjustable feet, thermometers either side refrigerant side product.
All our exchangers can be constructed “tailor made” following customers needed to consult our technicians and technical department.

TUBO IN TUBO / MULTITUBO/ FASCIO TUBIERO

Lo scambiatore Multitubo può essere usato per prodotti quali: mosto, vino, succhi, sciroppo, acqua, puree, etc.
Il Multitubo viene utilizzato quando c'è la richiesta di raffreddare elevate quantità di prodotto perché rispetto ad uno scambiatore Tubo in Tubo ha una maggiore superficie di scambio a parità di lunghezza dei moduli.
Un' ulteriore vantaggio di questo scambiatore è che può essere ampliato aggiungendo senza difficoltà ulteriori moduli collegati tra di loro mediante curve inox. Le tubazioni interne sono bugnate orbitalmente in modo da garantire un maggior scambio termico.
Principalmente sia il TUBO IN TUBO  che il MULTITUBO sono costruiti con le lunghezze di 3 e 6 metri, sono corredati di raccordi ingresso prodotto e acqua, piedini regolabili, termometri sia lato refrigerante che lato prodotto.
Una nuova serie da noi realizzata è lo scambiatore FASCIO TUBIERO formato da un unico tubo che funge da mantello per altri tubi bugnati di diametro inferiore che gli conferiscono le stesse prestazioni di uno scambiatore Multitubo da 4 moduli in minor spazio e riducendo così anche i costi di realizzo.
Tutti i nostri scambiatori potranno essere realizzati su vostro disegno, convalidando però la superficie di scambio termico con i nostri tecnici.
